Position: Frontend & Backend Developer, QA Automation

Responsibilities:

Frontend Developer:

• Develop and implement user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and visual designs into functional web pages.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize application performance.
• Conduct unit testing and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and best practices.

Backend Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and databases.
• Collaborate with the frontend development team to integrate user interfaces with server-side logic.
• Implement secure and scalable solutions.
• Write efficient and optimized code.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications.
• Stay updated with backend development trends and technologies.

QA Automation:

• Design and develop automated test scripts using automation frameworks and tools.
• Execute and maintain automated test suites for functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify and report software defects, track issues, and assist in their resolution.
• Continuously enhance test automation processes and strategies.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA automation.

Requirements:

• For Freshers: A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Strong academic knowledge of programming languages, web development, or software testing is preferred.
• For Experienced Candidates: 0-5 years of relevant experience in frontend development, backend development, or QA automation, depending on the role.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for frontend developers.
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, or Node.js for backend developers.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Experience with QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) for QA automation professionals.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and willingness to learn new skills.
