Job Description: As an Automation Tester at TestingXperts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automation testing. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium with Java for web application testing and API testing. If you have a minimum of 4 years of experience in automation testing and are proficient in Selenium with Java and API Testing, we look forward to receiving your application.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and design effective test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java for web application testing.
- Conduct API testing to validate the functionality and performance of web services.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify and report defects and issues.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Participate in test planning, test case creation, and test strategy development.
- Continuously enhance and maintain the automation test suite to adapt to changing requirements and technology upgrades.
- Implement the Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework to promote collaboration and efficiency in the testing process.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop and implement effective testing methodologies and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest automation testing tools, technologies, and industry trends.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Automation Tester.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium with Java for web application testing.
- Expertise in API testing to validate web services and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
