As a QA Tester at Persistent Systems, you will be responsible for:
- Automation Testing: Designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver to validate software functionality and performance.
- Test Frameworks: Developing and enhancing test automation frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Test Planning: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases aligned with project requirements.
- Test Execution: Executing automated test cases, analyzing test results, identifying defects, and reporting them for resolution.
- Regression Testing: Conducting regression testing to ensure that new features and updates do not introduce defects.
- Communication: Demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively interact with project teams and stakeholders.
