Position: ETL Testing with Selenium/Robot Experience: 6+ years

Location: Pune
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough ETL testing with a focus on Data Warehouse Testing (DWT) and ETL processes.
- Utilize SQL skills to analyze data, write complex queries, and validate data transformations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in automation using Selenium or Robot frameworks.
- Independently handle testing tasks and collaborate effectively with the development team.
- Work in an Agile delivery environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify and log defects in the appropriate defect tracking tools, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ETL testing and test automation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in ETL Testing with strong skills in Data Warehouse Testing (DWT).
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write complex queries for data analysis and validation.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium or Robot frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery processes and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with defect tracking tools and familiarity with the defect management process.
- Experience with hybrid working models (remote and in-office) is a plus.
- Prior experience in contract-to-hire roles is preferred.
