Position: Director-Testing Services (India/UK)
Location: Remote (India or United Kingdom based)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the software testing services as the Director-Testing Services.
- Take ownership of delivering high-quality software testing projects on time and within budget.
- Utilize your expertise in automation testing and data integrity frameworks, tools, and strategies to implement and manage testing processes effectively (e.g., Tricentis, Selenium, Appium, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, such as FDA and EMA, and maintain in-depth knowledge and practical experience in GxP compliance.
- Drive the software development lifecycles, quality assurance methodologies, and testing processes within the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the testing teams, motivating and inspiring them to achieve high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the testing services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a Software Test Director or a similar leadership role within the software testing domain.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality software testing projects on time and within budget.
- Strong expertise in automation testing and data integrity frameworks, tools, and strategies, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing them (e.g., Tricentis, Selenium, Appium, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in GxP compliance and familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, quality assurance methodologies, and testing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high-quality results.
- Excellent management skills, including strategic planning, resource management, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Work Location: Remote (India or United Kingdom based).
- Citizenship: India or UK.
