Position: Business Development Executive/Client Relations
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Ramy Infotech Pvt Ltd, located in Dwarka, Delhi, is currently seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Business Development Executive/Client Relations. Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Business Development:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries and segments.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the professional network.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and client feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales and client retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduates in IT/CS or related fields are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in business development or client relations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good understanding of the IT industry and services.

- Salary: Salary will be based on experience and performance. We offer a competitive package with no bar for deserving candidates.
- Location: The office is located in Dwarka, Delhi, near Jindal Public School and the nearest metro station is Dashrathpuri Metro Station.
- Shift Timing: The shift timing is from 7:30 pm to 5:00 am.
- Immediate Joining: We are looking for someone who can join us immediately.
