If you have 6 to 10 years of experience in automation testing and possess strong skills in Java/C# with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber/SpecFlow, and Cypress, along with expertise in JMeter, Test Design, and SDLC, we invite you to join our team. As an Automation Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the automation testing efforts and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Role Overview: As an Automation Lead at Pro-Vigil Inc., you will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts and driving the quality assurance process. Your expertise in Java/C# with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber/SpecFlow, and Cypress will be instrumental in developing and maintaining automated test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of our software solutions. Your strong knowledge of JMeter and performance testing will enable you to conduct performance tests and identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for test design and ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Automation Leadership: Lead the automation testing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
2. Automation Framework Development: Design and develop automation frameworks using Java/C# with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber/SpecFlow, and Cypress.
3. Test Script Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.
4. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing using JMeter, analyzing results, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
5. Test Design: Work with the development and testing teams to design effective test cases and scenarios.
6. Test Execution: Execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and report defects.
7. Test Reporting: Prepare and present test reports, providing insights to project stakeholders.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing and performance testing, and introduce improvements to enhance the testing process.
9. SDLC Adherence: Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and testing standards.

Required Skills:

1. Automation Testing: Minimum of 6 years of experience in automation testing using Java/C# with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber/SpecFlow, and Cypress.
2. Performance Testing: Expertise in JMeter for performance testing.
3. Test Design: Proven experience in test design and developing effective test cases.
4. SDLC: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
5. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and guide the automation testing team.
6. Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve testing issues.

Preferred Skills:

1. Video Surveillance: Familiarity with video-based surveillance and security solutions.
