Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Application Development:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements.
- Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications.
- Write clean and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Learn and implement various programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects to ensure smooth functionality.
- Project Support and Documentation:
- Assist in supporting ongoing projects by providing maintenance and enhancements.
- Document code changes, updates, and enhancements for future reference.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides for developed applications.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Learning and Skill Development:
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Learn and implement industry-standard development methodologies.
- Collaborate with mentors and senior developers to learn from their expertise.
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow and improve your skill set.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduation or post-graduation from a technology and engineering institute approved by AICTE/DOTE/DTE/Govt.
- Freshers from the 2022 or 2023 batch are eligible to apply.
- Strong passion for technology and application development.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and concepts.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Work Location: The position is available in Noida and Pune.
- Job Type: This is a full-time position.
