As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a skilled and experienced User Trial Test Engineer to join our team in Gr. Noida.
Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented User Trial Test Engineer to conduct user trials for our new upcoming projects. The User Trial Test Engineer will be responsible for evaluating the performance, functionality, and user experience of our products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case creation, and issue tracking. The User Trial Test Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user trials of new upcoming projects to evaluate the performance, functionality, and user experience of vivo products.
- Judge and track issues identified during user trials and provide timely feedback to the development team.
- Optimize test cases based on user scenarios and convert them into scripts for automation testing.
- Assist users during the trial process and fulfill log requirements from the developers’ side.
- Manage user trial devices, including device arrangement, preparation, distribution, and collection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of user trials and resolve any technical issues.
- Document and maintain test cases, test plans, and trial reports for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in user trial testing and provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and users to gather feedback and address concerns.
Key Skills:
- One to two years of experience in Appium or UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Testing.
- Good knowledge of electronics and communication and networks.
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), bug life cycle, and manual testing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field (B.tech preferred).
- Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance are desirable.
