Job Description:

You will work closely with back-end developers, web developers, and clients to ensure that websites meet their requirements and are optimized for various devices. Your role involves planning layouts, testing user experiences, and ensuring that websites are aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other developers to ensure websites are both functional and visually appealing.
2. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and incorporate their feedback into the design.
3. Plan the layout of websites, considering user experience and responsive design principles.
4. Optimize websites for various devices, ensuring they work seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and mobiles.
5. Use analytics to test and improve user enjoyment and engagement on websites.

Requirements:

1. Good Communication and Analytical Skills: Effective communication with team members and clients is essential. Strong analytical skills help in problem-solving.
2. Front-End Graphic Design: A strong command of front-end graphic design principles is necessary to create visually appealing websites.
3. Logical and Problem-Solving Skills: Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities are crucial for addressing UI problems and devising elegant solutions.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React.js, UI Design, and basic knowledge of Adobe and Figma.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
6. Continuous Learning: Research new technologies and propose solutions to meet user needs.
7. Bug Resolution: Identify and resolve UI problems and bugs, providing elegant solutions.
8. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and contribute to daily code releases.
9. Application Development: Develop fully functional web applications aligned with business goals.
10. Mentoring: Mentor and onboard junior team members to foster skill development.
11. Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to define and clarify requirements.
12. Payment Processing: Handle payments, ensuring accuracy of prices and quantities.
13. Best Practices: Follow industry best practices in development and seek opportunities for improvement.
14. Mockup Creation: Create high-resolution mockups to test interfaces with users.
