Overview: GlobalLogic, a leading provider of digital product engineering services, is offering an exciting opportunity for freshers to join our team as Trainee Test Engineers. As a Trainee Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital systems and services developed by Hitachi Services & Platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Testing Expertise: Develop a strong foundation in testing theory, including understanding different test types, creating test cases, and preparing bug reports. Learn and apply industry best practices for quality assurance.
2. Technical Proficiency: Acquire knowledge of various operating systems and network protocols to effectively test digital systems and services. Develop a basic understanding of hardware components to identify potential compatibility issues.
3. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, patience, and the ability to thoroughly investigate software and system behavior. Identify and document discrepancies or anomalies in test results.
4. Communication Skills: Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Achieve at least an intermediate level of proficiency in English to ensure clear and concise reporting and documentation.
5. Problem Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions to improve product quality.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Trainee Test Engineer role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Good knowledge of testing theory, including test types, test case creation, and bug reporting.
