Position: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Indore, Trivandrum, Kochi, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Nagpur, Ahmedabad

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automation testing. Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to all phases of the Automation Test Cycle, including feasibility analysis, execution, and maintenance.
- Develop automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca as the main automation tool for web, SAP, and desktop-based applications.
- Configure and plan automation execution in the Tosca tool.
- Utilize Test Case Design (TCD) and Test Data Service (TDS) for test script development.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Distributed Execution (DEX) for efficient test execution.
- Document defects in defect management tools and ensure effective resolution through triage, follow-up, and retesting.
- Customize test automation frameworks to suit project requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for every problem encountered.
- Maintain strong communication skills to coordinate with customers and the project team.
- Apply knowledge of CI/CD techniques to enhance the software development and testing process.
- Utilize other automation tools such as Selenium and UFT as needed.
- Leverage experience in the Retail domain to ensure industry-specific testing requirements are met.
Requirements:
- 2 to 10 years of experience in QA automation testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in automation testing methodologies and tools, with a strong focus on Selenium.
- Experience in developing automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for web, SAP, and desktop-based applications.
- Ability to configure and plan automation execution in the Tosca tool.
- Familiarity with Test Case Design (TCD) and Test Data Service (TDS) for efficient test script development.
- Knowledge of Distributed Execution (DEX) to optimize test execution.
- Experience in documenting defects and ensuring their resolution through triage, follow-up, and retesting.
- Ability to customize test automation frameworks based on project requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with customers and the project team effectively.
- Familiarity with CI/CD techniques for streamlined software development and testing.
- Knowledge of other automation tools such as Selenium and UFT is desirable.
- Experience in the Retail domain is a plus.
