Position: Salesforce Tester Job
Location: Bangalore / Navi Mumbai
In Finesse is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Tester to join our team. As a Salesforce Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations. If you have a strong background in software quality assurance and at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce testing, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct software quality assurance activities, with a focus on Salesforce testing.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Test various modules of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Ensure adherence to QA methodologies, test processes, and best practices specific to Salesforce implementations.
- Utilize test automation tools, such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Salesforce-specific automation tools like ApexTestSuite, to streamline testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to identify test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Report and track defects, working closely with the development team for resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features to effectively test new functionalities.
- Provide timely and accurate test status reports and participate in project meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce testing.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its various modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, test processes, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
- Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts specifically for Salesforce applications.
- Proficiency in test automation tools, such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Salesforce-specific automation tools like ApexTestSuite.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce development methodologies, including declarative development, Apex coding, and Visualforce pages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
