We are currently seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join our team in various Salesforce (SFDC) roles, including Developer, Tech Lead, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and QA.
Role and Responsibilities:
As part of our SFDC team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that align with our clients’ business needs. Depending on the specific role, your responsibilities may vary as follows:
1. SFDC Developer:
- Design and develop customized Salesforce applications, modules, and components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for Salesforce customizations.
- Implement data integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement of SFDC development practices.
2. SFDC Tech Lead:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to SFDC development teams.
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions that meet clients’ business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
3. SFDC Business Analyst (BA):
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Collaborate with SFDC developers and stakeholders to design and validate solution designs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist in change management and user training activities.
4. SFDC Project Manager:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage SFDC implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Work closely with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources, set project timelines, and manage project budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
5. SFDC QA (Quality Analyst):
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of SFDC solutions.
- Identify and report defects using appropriate bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve identified issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce roles as mentioned above.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Understanding of Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP, etc.) and data migration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Leadership skills (applicable to Tech Lead and Project Manager roles) to drive project success and team performance.
