Responsibilities:

1. Automated Testing:
   • Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and TestNG to ensure efficient and accurate test execution.
   • Implement and maintain automated test suites to validate software functionalities.
2. Manual Testing:
   • Conduct manual testing to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies in the software.
   • Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test data for comprehensive test coverage.
3. Quality Assurance Processes:
   • Demonstrate good knowledge of basic QA processes, including the release process, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect management, and test reporting.
   • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards in all testing activities.
4. Automation API and Selenium:
   • Possess good-to-have experience in automation API testing using Selenium and Java.
   • Utilize automation frameworks effectively to improve testing efficiency.
5. Test Case Preparation and Execution:
   • Efficiently prepare test cases and execute them to validate software functionality and identify defects.
   • Record and document test results, defects, and issues in a clear and organized manner.
6. Agile Methodologies:
   • Understand and apply Agile methodologies in testing, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
   • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and testing.
7. Database and SQL Skills:
   • Utilize strong database and SQL skills to perform data validation and verify data integrity during testing.
8. Salesforce Testing (Good to have):
   • Familiarity with Salesforce Testing will be considered an advantage.
9. Source-code-control and Configuration Management:
   • Understand source-code-control and configuration management concepts to work effectively with version control systems.
10. Communication Skills:

• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to report test progress, findings, and any potential roadblocks.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software testing, with a focus on Automation Testing, Java, Selenium, and API testing.
• Familiarity with GIT, JIRA, and Jenkins tools for version control, issue tracking, and continuous integration.
• Efficiency in test case preparation and execution, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies to participate in Agile development processes.
• Strong Database and SQL skills for data validation and verification.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Testing is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with source-code-control and configuration management concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
