1.Senior QA – 2 Positions | 6-8 Years of Experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality assurance efforts for assigned projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Design and execute test cases, perform manual and automated testing, and document test results.
- Identify and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing technical expertise and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the industrial automation domain.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in designing and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
2.QA – 3 Positions | 3-4 Years of Experience
Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases, perform functional and regression testing, and report defects.
- Collaborate with the QA team and developers to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Participate in test planning and contribute to the development of test strategies.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects, and assist in their resolution.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
