As a Senior ETL Tester at Kumaran Systems Pvt Ltd, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data integration processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to conduct ETL testing, validate data, and contribute to the successful delivery of data-driven solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client/stakeholder relationships effectively.

- ETL Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Database Expertise: Work with SQL and Oracle databases to validate and manipulate data.
- API Testing: Conduct API testing to ensure seamless data integration between systems.
- Test Management: Utilize tools such as Jira and ALM for test case management and defect tracking.
- Methodology: Work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting to project requirements.
- Client/Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed test documentation and provide clear and concise test reports.
- Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8 to 14 years of proven experience in ETL testing and data validation.
- Strong expertise in SQL and Oracle databases.
- Experience in API testing.
- Proficiency in test management tools like Jira and ALM.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in client/stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
