Job Description:
As a Salesforce QA Test Lead at INCORPORAN INC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our client’s Salesforce application. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies. Your expertise in Salesforce development, test management, and quality assurance will be pivotal in delivering top-notch software solutions.

- Utilize your overall 5+ years of system engineering experience to contribute to the success of the project.
- Leverage your 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce development platform, covering Core Platform (Sales & Service), Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft.
- Provide expertise in Test Strategy, Planning, Estimation, and Analysis for the project.
- Participate in test case reviews and approval processes.
- Demonstrate your strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and QA Test management, encompassing both Functional and Non-Functional testing.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Test Process, with a primary focus on test and defect management.
- Apply your knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, CLM, Marketing) to contribute to comprehensive testing efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) for effective testing.
- Employ your knowledge of API Testing Automation to enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate proactively with Testing Teams, Development Leads, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize your expertise in Risk Identification and analysis to mitigate potential issues.
- Demonstrate your proficiency in projects utilizing Agile software development, particularly Scrum (Rally/Jira).
- Showcase your presentation skills in developing and presenting to stakeholders and project leaders.
- Be a self-starter and self-directed member of the team.
- Take on the responsibilities of a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), leading quality assurance and test execution for the Salesforce application.
- Employ various testing techniques to design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects.
- Develop data and environment strategies to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
- Drive the adoption of appropriate technologies and platforms to align with the overall technology vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, project management, and leadership.
- Participate in Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Stress Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Provide software engineering services, including quality control, production support testing, and liaison with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of overall system engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development platform, including Core Platform (Sales & Service), Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft.
- Expertise in Test Strategy, Planning, Estimation, and Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and QA Test management.
- Experience with Clouds such as Sales, Service, CLM, and Marketing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL).
- Knowledge of API Testing Automation.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA for Agile software development.
- Proven expertise in Risk Identification and analysis.
- Strong presentation skills for communicating with stakeholders and project leaders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience in software engineering roles, focusing on quality assurance and testing.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a remote environment.
