With a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce Testing and relevant certifications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our Salesforce implementations.
Job Description: As a Salesforce QA at Persistent, you will be responsible for all aspects of testing, ranging from manual to potential automation. Your role will involve reviewing requirements, creating comprehensive test cases, conducting role-based and cross-browser compatibility testing, and identifying and tracking bugs. Additionally, you will work on improving test processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with Salesforce security review standards.

- Testing Expertise: Leverage a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing to ensure the quality of our Salesforce implementations.
- Manual and Automated Testing: Handle all aspects of testing, including manual testing, and potentially drive automation efforts.
- Best Practices: Drive the adoption of best practices in testing processes to maintain high standards of quality.
- Packaging Understanding: Have a clear understanding of managed and unmanaged packaging from Salesforce security review perspective.
- Requirement Review: Analyze requirement specifications and provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to defining, improving, and implementing test processes and tools.
- Agile/SCRUM Methodologies: Apply a strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies to testing processes.
- Root Cause Analysis: Seek continuous improvement in test processes through practices like Root Cause Analysis, Correction, and Preventions.
- Test Case Creation: Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
- Role-Based Testing: Conduct role-based testing to ensure compatibility with organizational profile policies.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Perform cross-browser compatibility testing to guarantee seamless performance.
- Defect Tracking: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs to ensure their resolution.
- Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Documentation: Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports.
- Test Plan Management: Create, organize, and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases based on project requirements and acceptance criteria.
