Position: Salesforce QA Contractor/Freelancer
Location: Remote
EMBE Tech Solutions is currently seeking experienced Contractors/Freelancers to join our team as Salesforce QA professionals. As a Salesforce QA Contractor/Freelancer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce CRM implementation. If you have a minimum of 3 years of overall QA experience, with at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, along with expertise in Salesforce CPQ, testing lifecycle, data migration testing, and strong knowledge of SOQL and/or SQL, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce CRM and CPQ modules to ensure functional stability and adherence to business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute end-to-end functional and automation testing to validate the system’s performance and functionality.
- Utilize your expertise in Salesforce integration services to test end-to-end system processes and data integration points.
- Employ strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes to drive high-quality testing practices.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Establish traceability between test cases and business requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve QA environment issues to maintain a stable testing environment.
- Utilize database queries to verify data integrity and perform data validation.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, document defects, and track their resolution.
- Familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools is a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in Salesforce CPQ is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Experience with data migration testing and proficiency in SOQL and/or SQL queries.
- Proficiency in Selenium and Java for automation testing.
- Exposure to Salesforce integration services and testing end-to-end system processes.
- In-depth functional testing experience, ensuring that business requirements are met through comprehensive functional and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to create detailed, well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting QA environment issues and resolving them efficiently.
- Experience with database queries for data validation and integrity verification.
- Familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools is a plus.
