Job Description:

As a Salesforce QA Analyst at Cloud Intellect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications and integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive QA testing strategies, with a focus on manual testing and API-linked external system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual QA Testing: Execute thorough manual testing of Salesforce applications to identify and report defects, ensuring they meet specified requirements.
  • API Integration Testing: Conduct QA testing for API-linked external system integrations, verifying the functionality and data exchange between systems.
  • Test Script Development: Proficiently create QA test scripts based on requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Data Model Testing: Translate logical data models into QA test scripts, validating data integrity and accuracy.
  • Project Qualifications: Collaborate with teams to define and implement QA testing processes and configurations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Verification and Validation: Plan and execute verification and validation activities, confirming the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Demonstrate strong skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration to enhance testing effectiveness.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with technical and business teams to ensure clear understanding of testing objectives and results.
  • Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and TestRail is beneficial. Experience in an Agile SaaS environment, process definition and implementation, SFQA project management, and configuration management are advantageous.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in manual QA testing of Salesforce applications.
  • Expertise in QA testing for API-linked external system integrations or QA Analyst, preferably in Salesforce testing.
  • Proficient in creating QA test scripts from requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership qualities.
