As a Salesforce Developer or QA professional at Deloitte, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and ensuring the quality of Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business success.

Salesforce Developer:
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Customize Salesforce applications, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Optimize Salesforce performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
QA Professional:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and report defects, working closely with the development team for resolution.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce development or quality assurance.
- Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) for developers.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools for QA professionals.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
