Leenaai is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in manual testing to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. - Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure the quality of software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design test plans.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and enhancements.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation.
- Participate in test automation efforts when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in manual testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4 to 9 years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience with test management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.
