Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on various processes, products, and services to ensure compliance with established standards and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and insights to enhance the quality of deliverables.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in the design and execution of test cases, documenting results, and providing actionable feedback to the development team.
  • Monitor and track quality-related metrics, generate reports, and present findings to management.
  • Communicate and coordinate with team members to resolve quality-related issues and provide training as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality assurance process.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for quality-related inquiries and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel with a strong command over data manipulation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on rotational shifts and willingness to work 6 days a week.
