- Test Planning: Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Test Execution: Perform manual and automated testing of software applications to identify defects and verify functionality.
- Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant testing tools and frameworks.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes or updates do not introduce new defects into the existing software.
- Test Reporting: Generate test reports and provide clear and concise feedback to the development and product teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and timely delivery of projects.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and test scripts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
