Position: QA Testers (Full-time)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Job Description: As a QA Tester at IntelliBlock Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for reviewing system specifications, executing test scripts, identifying and documenting technical issues, and collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Your experience in quality assurance, project management, and familiarity with Agile frameworks will contribute to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications to understand software functionality and requirements.
- Execute test scripts and review test results to identify software defects and anomalies.
- Report and document technical issues, ensuring clear and concise communication to the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide valuable input during the development cycle.
- Participate in project planning and contribute to QA methodology and best practices.
- Familiarize yourself with Agile frameworks and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases and prevent regression issues.
- Document and troubleshoot errors, providing detailed steps to reproduce issues for efficient resolution.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the timely resolution of identified defects and anomalies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in quality assurance practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of regression testing and the ability to ensure software stability.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
