- Execute Test Cases: Perform thorough testing of software applications by executing test cases to identify and report software defects.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to verify that software changes and updates do not introduce new issues.
- Automated Testing: Contribute to automated testing efforts to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum Processes: Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, attending daily stand-ups and contributing to sprint planning and reviews.
- API Testing: Perform API testing to verify the functionality and reliability of application programming interfaces.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous QA Testing Experience: Prior experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
- Familiarity with Testing Tools and Methodologies: Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies to effectively plan and execute test cases.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document and communicate testing results and collaborate effectively with team members.
- ISTQB or Similar Certifications (Optional): ISTQB or similar certifications in software testing are a plus.
