- Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with the development team and product managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Participate in the creation and refinement of test strategies.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
- Document and track defects, working closely with the development team to facilitate resolution.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
This position requires you to work from our office located in Mohali, Phase 8, Punjab. We operate on a day shift schedule, with 5.5 working days a week.
