As a QA Manual at InnovationM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for various types of testing, including Functional, UX/UI, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing for a range of applications, including mobile, web, server, and database. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough testing of mobile applications (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, PhoneGap, etc.), web applications, and server and database applications.
- Participating in client discussions to understand functional and other requirements and supporting the development team in query resolution.
- Managing internal and external releases, including releasing builds to clients and coordinating with clients for application feedback.
- Capturing and reporting test results to ensure clear communication and documentation of testing outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Proficiency in Manual Testing, Web Testing, Mobile Testing, and Database Testing.
- Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies, including Functional, UX/UI, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Experience with testing mobile applications (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, PhoneGap, etc.).
- Knowledge of web application testing and server/database application testing.
- Ability to participate in client discussions and assist in query resolution.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external releases and coordinate with clients for feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Notice period of 15 days to immediate joiner preferred.
