- Perform manual testing on software applications to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Participate in the design and development of test strategies.
- Execute regression testing to ensure software stability during releases.
- Report and track defects, working closely with the development team to facilitate resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year to 1.5 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
