As a QA Lead Engineer at Letsbloom, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Test Development: Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure the highest product quality.
- Test Design: Design and implement tests, debug issues, and define corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Requirements Review: Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
- Pre-Launch Testing: Conduct tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Problem Solving: Provide end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, addressing issues as they arise.
- Monitoring and Resolution: Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions and ensure quality standards are met.
Technical Skills and Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar QA Engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from a recognized University.
- Testing Skills: Proficiency in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, API Testing, Regression Testing, and Automation Testing (Selenium).
- Programming Language: Strong command of Java.
- PM Tools: Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Jira.
- Databases: Knowledge of SQL and MySQL.
- Performance Monitoring: Ability to monitor and assess performance.
- Mentoring and Leadership: Experience in mentoring and leading teams.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
