Job Summary: As a QA Engineer at TAP Digital Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, conducting thorough testing, and identifying and reporting defects. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with up to one year of experience to kickstart their career in quality assurance while contributing to exciting projects in a fast-paced environment.

a) Test Planning:
- Collaborate with the development team and project managers to understand project requirements and create detailed test plans.
- Identify test scenarios, develop test cases, and define acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
b) Test Execution:
- Execute manual testing on web and mobile applications to verify functionality, usability, and performance.
- Conduct system integration testing to validate interactions between different components of the software.
c) Bug Tracking and Reporting:
- Use bug tracking tools to identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process.
- Provide clear and detailed bug reports to the development team and follow up on issue resolution.
d) Test Automation:
- Explore opportunities for test automation and contribute to the development of automated test scripts using appropriate tools.
- Execute and maintain automated test suites to improve testing efficiency.
e) Regression Testing:
- Perform regression testing to ensure that previous functionality is unaffected by code changes.
- Verify bug fixes and enhancements to ensure the software meets quality standards.
f) Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively suggest process improvements to optimize testing procedures and enhance the overall quality of the software.
g) Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test results, and test reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in software testing, either through internships or work experience.
- Knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques and tools.
- Basic understanding of test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
