Position Overview:
As a QA Engineer at Nenosystems Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will be responsible for manual testing, creating automated test scripts, and utilizing tools like Cucumber and Selenium to conduct thorough testing of our applications. Additionally, your role will involve client handling, so effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Cucumber and Selenium.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testing strategies.
- Execute test cases, report defects, and track issues to resolution using the JIRA tool.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific testing needs and provide exceptional client handling.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Participate in test planning, test design, and test case documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall success of projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience as a QA Engineer in software testing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client handling.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Cucumber and Selenium.
- Good knowledge of the JIRA tool for defect tracking and project management.
- Ability to work in a night shift (2 PM – 12 AM) as required.
- Adept at working from the office to facilitate effective collaboration with the team.
