Position: QA Engineer Experience: 3 to 6 years

Balbhals, a leading technology company, is seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand software requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.
- Perform manual testing to identify and document defects, ensuring they are resolved and retested in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and BDD Cucumber.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify and report defects, ensuring the highest level of software quality.
- Collaborate with the development team to investigate and troubleshoot reported defects, facilitating their timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Continuously enhance and maintain the test suite, incorporating new features and technologies as needed.
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop and implement effective testing strategies and test plans.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in QA testing and automation.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in QA testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium for web application testing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Java programming language.
- Experience in BDD Cucumber for behavior-driven development and test automation.
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Immediate joiner to 15 Days notice period.
