As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. If you have a strong background in QA testing, with expertise in Selenium, Java, BDD Cucumber, and manual testing, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand software requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.
  • Perform manual testing to identify and document defects, ensuring they are resolved and retested in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and BDD Cucumber.
  • Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify and report defects, ensuring the highest level of software quality.
  • Collaborate with the development team to investigate and troubleshoot reported defects, facilitating their timely resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Continuously enhance and maintain the test suite, incorporating new features and technologies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to develop and implement effective testing strategies and test plans.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in QA testing and automation.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in QA testing.
  • Proficiency in Selenium for web application testing.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Java programming language.
  • Experience in BDD Cucumber for behavior-driven development and test automation.
  • Expertise in manual testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Immediate joiner to 15 Days notice period.
