Position Overview:
As a QA Engineer at Bharti Airtel Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Android devices and set-top boxes. You will be responsible for writing and defining test cases and test setups, both for functional and non-functional aspects such as KPI measurement and system stability. Your role will encompass both manual testing and automation, with a focus on delivering exceptional product quality that aligns with our customer-centric approach.

- Test Android devices and/or set-top boxes to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Write, define, and execute test cases and test setups for functional and non-functional testing, including KPI measurement and system stability.
- Conduct manual testing to identify defects, verify functionality, and assess system performance.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testing strategies.
- Prioritize and manage test cases to meet project deadlines and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Champion customer obsession by evaluating product quality from a customer’s perspective.
- Report defects and issues, and track them to resolution, ensuring a high standard of product quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 to 7 years of experience as a test engineer or test lead.
- Proficiency in testing Android devices and/or set-top boxes.
- Strong expertise in writing and defining test cases and test setups for functional and non-functional testing.
- Experience in both manual testing and automation.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch product quality.
