Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in QA Engineering with a strong background in both manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts using industry-standard tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Good knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and scripting languages.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
