As a QA Automation Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through designing, developing, and maintaining test automation scripts. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of robust solutions and help drive the success of our products in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

- Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for software products, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and efficient execution.
- Script Maintenance and Optimization: Continuously enhance and optimize existing automation scripts to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Test Reporting: Create detailed and clear test reports, highlighting issues and defects to relevant teams for prompt resolution.
- Issue Research and Troubleshooting: Investigate and research software issues through testing, providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product teams, QA Analysts, and Software Developers to understand requirements, design test cases, and develop effective solutions.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, trends, and best practices in QA and test automation.
- Programming Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Java to effectively develop and maintain automation scripts.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to the development and implementation of QA processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3 to 8 years in QA automation testing within a product-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, particularly C# and Java, for developing and maintaining automation scripts.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and test execution.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to research and troubleshoot software issues efficiently.
- Prior experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
