Position: QA Engineer (Manual+Automation)

As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify and report defects, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand software requirements and provide valuable input from a quality perspective.
- Utilize MS-SQL to read and write complex queries, enabling efficient database testing and data validation.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure effective and efficient testing processes and timely project delivery.
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium, Web Drivers, and programming languages such as C# or Java.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify and report defects, ensuring the highest level of software quality.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify areas where automation can improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously enhance and maintain the automation test suite, incorporating new features and technologies as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in manual and automation testing.
- Provide support and guidance to the team on QA best practices and standards.
- Contribute to the improvement of the software development lifecycle by suggesting process enhancements and quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge and experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in MS-SQL to read and write complex queries for database testing.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in automation testing using Selenium, Web Drivers, and programming languages such as C# or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
