Key Responsibilities:

• GPP Expertise: Leverage your hands-on experience with Global Pay Plus (GPP) to perform comprehensive testing of payment processing systems, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Payments Manual Testing: Utilize your expertise in Payments Manual Testing to design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios for payment applications, identifying defects and ensuring the functionality of payment workflows.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment processing systems, including transactional accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Defect Identification and Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track defects, working closely to ensure their timely resolution and verification.
• Test Documentation: Prepare clear and concise test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, providing comprehensive coverage of payment system functionalities.
• Test Execution: Efficiently execute test cases and test scripts, meticulously recording and analyzing test results to ensure the reliability and stability of payment systems.
• Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new features, enhancements, and fixes do not adversely impact existing payment functionalities.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand payment system requirements and ensure successful end-to-end testing.
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and frameworks to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of payment testing activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Payments Manual Testing with a focus on Global Pay Plus (GPP).
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, payment workflows, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with GPP, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and executing test cases and scenarios for payment applications.
• Solid experience in defect identification, tracking, resolution, and verification.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regression testing methodologies and techniques.
• Experience with financial industry standards and regulations related to payment processing.
• Strong ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks used in payment testing is a plus.
