Job Description:
As a Manual Testing – QA Professional at Scanpoint Geomatics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. We are seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Test Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on project specifications.
- Create a test strategy aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Manual Testing:
- Execute manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Document defects in detail and track their resolution to closure.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the resolution of previously identified issues.
- Validate software adherence to design specifications and functional requirements.
- Test Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Generate test reports and effectively communicate test results to stakeholders.
- Organize testing activities for future reference.
- Collaboration and Adaptability:
- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Adapt testing strategies to accommodate changing project requirements and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software within Agile timelines.
- SDLC and STLC:
- Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes effectively.
- Utilize Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies to ensure systematic and efficient testing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to refining QA processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile development and testing practices.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
