Position: Quality Analyst (Manual Testing)

Job Overview:
Trivial Works Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a reputable software development company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst (Manual Testing) to join our team in Lucknow. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through manual testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and test scenarios.
• Create and execute comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on project requirements.
• Document and report software defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
• Validate and verify software functionality, performance, and usability.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manual testing.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Experience in functional testing, regression testing, and usability testing.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• ISTQB or any relevant testing certification is a plus.
