Position: Manual QA Tester with Supply Chain Background

Location: India (Work from home)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Manual QA Tester with a background in Supply Chain to join our team. As a Manual QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications related to retail supply chain processes. This is a work-from-home position based in India, and the successful candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills. Responsibilities:

Utilize your strong knowledge of testing methodologies and expertise in ALM to effectively carry out testing activities.
Be willing to work during second shift hours, from 1:00/2:00 PM till 10:00/10:30 PM IST.
Apply your extensive testing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the field, including at least 3 years of experience in the retail supply chain domain.
Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios and test cases to ensure proper functionality and performance of software applications.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, conveying complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Display a keen ability to learn quickly and become proficient in using complex applications within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a specific focus on manual testing methodologies.
At least 3 years of experience working with retail supply chain systems, demonstrating a solid understanding of related processes and requirements.
Proficiency in utilizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools and frameworks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with team members remotely.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
