Job Description
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in VB.net Webforms, C# (API), and SQL.
- Familiarity with React and GraphQL (optional).
- Strong unit testing and TDD experience.
- Proven experience in technical leadership.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptability to Ireland working hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Ireland Time Zone).
- Weekly minimum twice work from Bangalore office.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand project requirements and functionality.
- Create detailed test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
- Write and execute unit tests and practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Document and report defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure they are resolved.
- Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure overall system stability.
- Conduct functional, integration, and system testing of web applications.
- Verify data integrity through SQL queries and database testing.
- Perform ad-hoc testing to explore different usage scenarios and edge cases.
- Provide clear and concise test reports to project stakeholders.
- Participate in test automation efforts as needed.
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance the quality of our software.
