Position: Manual Tester
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders, to understand requirements and project objectives.
- Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Conduct cloud testing to verify application behavior and performance in cloud environments.
- Document and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate and timely test reports, including test coverage, defect status, and overall project quality.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in manual testing methodologies and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality software.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Manual Tester, with relevant experience in manual testing methodologies and processes.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Proficiency in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with functional, regression, and system integration testing.
- Experience with cloud technologies and cloud testing is required. Any cloud experience is acceptable.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications will be a plus.
