Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Pre-Sales support through working closely with Engineering and Sales.
  • Work with the Sales team introducing solutions and services, customizing solutions for client’s business and IT requirements, and assisting in identifying opportunities of up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Collect feedback and identify technical improvements.
  • Develop technical documents and proposals.
  • Develop and/or present in front of technical, non-technical and, and executive audiences.
  • Work with Engineers to provide technical solutions to customers.
  • Provide expert consultation to the customer in best practices, processes, and technologies.
  • Working with the Customer Success Team there will be some post-sales support for implementation activities

PROFICIENCIES

  • Be technically adept and professional with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Current knowledge of business applications, SaaS-based applications, and competitive markets.
  • Knowledge of APIs and API management tools and platforms.
  • Ability to write java code / use test harnesses to make api calls from an IDE to create and configure products.
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative with little direction, while also having the ability to work collegially within a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Fintech SAAS experience in the context of lending / core-banking
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a customer facing role (post-or pre-sales) such as Technical Support, Product Support, Internal IT or Training.
