Job Description
- Good hands-on knowledge in Batch Technologies. Tool: TWS Tivoli Workload Scheduler Version: 8.6 & above
- Good hands on experience in creating & scheduling SAP, UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS jobs.
- Good hands on in administering TDWC & TWS applications (Installation, Upgrade, uninstallation & Troubleshooting)
- Ability to develop/debug PERL, Shell scripts (Beginner/Intermediate) for TWS administration.
Primary Skills
-Capable of handling P1 incidents & engage the right stakeholders for the fix.
-Knowledge in Dynamic agents concepts and configurations.
-Knowledge in Event rule management & troubleshooting.
Secondary Skills
Good verbal & oral communication skills
Should be flexible to work in any shifts depending on the project requirements.
Ability to take ownership for issues & see them through to resolution
