PeopleSoft Developer

Strong expertise as PeopleSoft HCM in Core HR, MSS, ESS modules.
Hands on Expertise in technical Skills : App Designer, SQL, BI Publisher, App Engines, CI
Hands on experience on Advanced technical skills like AWE (Approval Workflow Engines), App Packages and Online customizations.
Expertise in Integration broker would be a plus
Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM – Core HR, ESS, MSS, Global Payroll, Absence Mgt, & eCompensation
Good communication, analytical skills, presentation skills
Must have previously worked on worked on Implementation, Support & Upgrade projects
Must be able to QA test development work and work with the technical development team to ensure customer requirements are met

Your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment
You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
Lead design, build and configurations
Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
Assist the Business Analysis teams with planning activities related to product specific Tax & Regulatory updates (i.e., bundle scheduling, project planning and tracking, etc.)
Work closely with the Technical, Coding, and Business Analysis teams to ensure adherence to the functional specification and that all requirements are being satisfied
Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
