Job Description

Qualification and Skills

BE or Masters with major in Computer Science or related field with 3 – 5 years of experience in software/product testing
Experience in testing applications in Azure/AWS, and other cloud platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, and SAS applications like M365, Salesforce, G-suite, etc.
Experience in scripting using PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
The ability to convert requirements into test cases, and craft and deliver comprehensive Test Plans for features and solutions is paramount followed by execution and automation.
Must be a self-motivated team player and be able to jump-start Test effort from the initial concept with a `can-do’ attitude
Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and an attitude to learn, teach and adapt

Take ownership of end-to-end functional/non-functional and integration testing
Mentor junior members. Collaborate across geographies and teams
Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents
Collaborate with development engineers and participate in technical discussions
Create and review test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, customer deployment use-cases
Automate test cases. Execute, maintain & enhance automation test suites
Create and configure complex testing environments and perform manual as well as automated test execution
Ensures product quality, completeness. Uncover quality defects and report with revenant debug logs, configuration, etc.
Work with customer support to resolve customer issues
Verify fixes, potentially in any area of the software stack
Participate in improving test engineering best practices, tools, and processes
