Lawrence Harvey are currently partnered with a leading robotics firm based in Boston, MA. Together, we are searching for a Software Engineer in test. After experiencing phenomenal growth over the past 6 months (both headcount and customer acquisition) we are looking for additional software test engineers to join the manual testing team.
In this role, you will be working alongside the test team lead and working on a combination of manual and automated testing tasks. While manual testing will be a primary focus, you will be working on automated test cases to ensure the software is being fully utilized.
You will be working daily in the lab, testing on the actual robot. Working with the software and algorithm development teams to iron out any kinks and improve efficiency.
For this candidate, we are searching for a background similar to the below:
- Strong Educational background
- Experience working on either Linux or windows operating system.
- Experience scripting in Python and C++
- A few years working on manual testing
- Experience working on automated testing
