Job Description
- Craft test solution per the RFI/RFP/RFx scope. Provide testing strategy, consultancy, and assurance to projects for Quality engineering solutions
- Being the SPOC for all testing solution aspects for the services in scope – AD, AM or Managed Testing Services in the overall sales cycle from opportunity qualification to delivery handover.
- Solution walkthrough, Reviewing and accepting the detailed design of QA solution for Delivery sign offs
- Strong understanding of solution requirements for different commercial models – T&M, Fixed price, Outcome based etc
- Coach the testing delivery team and business analysts in projects on the solution built during their testing delivery work
- Support the sales executives, practice leads with pre-sales activities for sales enablement in sales roadshows, test offering development, GoTo Market strategies
- Pro-actively contribute to the development of the Architecture community and be an ambassador for Architecture.
Primary Skills
- ISTQB, SAFe (or similar framework) certification and knowledge of Agile Testing Practices, testing solutions and tools.
- Having test automation / test data / application / integration testing experience with one or more domains like – SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Azure, other Enterprise solutions, CRM etc.
- Exposure to/experience with DevOps (Azure DevOps, Open Source etc), Test Automation, Non-functional testing and similar tools, AI and ML features/trends in testing.
- Testing delivery experience with one or more tooling in agile projects –
- Test Management: MF ALM, JIRA, JIRA-Xray/Zephyr/TestRail, Azure DevOps, OpenSource tools.
- Test Automation – Selenium, Appium, UFT, Tosca, other leading market tools, RPA tools.

- Non-functional Testing
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written. Good “storytelling” capabilities
- Ability to drive change using influence and networking
